SHIATSU MASSAGE
Shiatsu massage offers gentle stretching and when needed deeper stretching. It offer pressure point work using thumbs, elbows, and knees to help promote relaxation and reduce the stress hormone cortisol.
ASHIATSU MASSAGE
Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot massage technique where the therapist uses their feet to perform the massage using bars suspended from the ceiling to control pressure.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Helps you to relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.
