Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils during the massage to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve mood. They are applied to the skin and can also be inhaled through a spray mist.
Back Scrub
Cleanses the skin through exfoliation and the removal of dead skin cells. The scrub contains small particles of salt and sugar to exfoliate and prevent pores from being clogged.
CBD Oil
CBD products have become very popular over the past few years for helping reduce chronic pain. Our therapists will apply this oil to specific areas of the body to reduce muscle and joint pain. It can also help with arthritis.
Hot Stones
Used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout the body. During a hot stone massage smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of the body.
Thai Herb Ball
This blend of Thai herbs has a relaxing and invigorating effect on the mind and body. Used to alleviate pain and inflammation by opening pores and bringing medicinal heat to the muscles.
